When owner Antonio Escamilla & Executive Chef Fernando Bobadilla sat down to make the menu for Mariachis Tequileria, they wanted to give their guests an oppurtunity to try dishes that were a little less conventional, but familiar.  Dishes that combined common ingredients, with a pinch of adventure, and a dash of passion.
